According to latest news, Bao Viet Tokio Marine has appointed McLarens as the loss adjuster. Bao Viet also appointed Crawford as the loss adjuster of TES. Initially, estimated loss for insured objects by Bao Viet could exceed USD500,000 (more than VND10 billion).

The fire occurred at around 14h30 on October 25^th 2013; fire started flaring up at the diaper producing zone of Diana factory in Tien Du (Bac Ninh). At that time, there were 60 workers of the company in the producing zone and 30 workers of contractor in the new warehouse, fortunately there were no casualties. According to Diana Company, the fire has damaged part of the factory. As it occurred unexpectedly, it caused large damage to the Company. Cause of fire and loss figure are still to be determined.
