On November 25^th 2014, delegation of Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) visited and worked with Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) according to the regular working program with listed organizations.

Mr. Tran Van Dung – Chief Executive Officer of HNX discussed with VINARE on the corporate governance of the enterprise through the evaluation results on “Information disclosure and transparency 2014”. VINARE was among the top 30 enterprises with highest score in Corporate Governance Grading Program of Hanoi Stock Exchange in 2014.

Mr. Pham Cong Tu – CEO of VINARE reported to HNX leaders on the status of operations in recent years and strategic direction in the near future. VINARE is the first enterprise of the insurance sector that listed stocks in Hanoi Stock Exchange since 2006. At the meeting of listed companies in 2014, VINARE was honored to be awarded the Merit Certificate of State Securities Commission and Hanoi Stock Exchange recognizing positive contributions to the development of Vietnam stock market.

HNX leaders noted the recommendations of the enterprises in the implementation of provisions of the law on securities and securities market in order to facilitate the development of enterprises and comply fully with the provisions on corporate governance and information disclosure.
