On 22^nd April 2015, Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) successfully organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 at Melia Hotel, Hanoi.

The Meeting has approved 2014 business results, 2015 business plan and Development directions and targets for 2015 -2020.

The Meeting has elected members of the Board of Management and the Board of Control in the term 2015-2020. Mr. Le Song Lai was elected as the Chairman, Mr. Martyn Parker was elected as Vice Chairman and Mr. Tran Trung Tinh was elected as Chief Controller in the term 2015 – 2020.

In his speech at the Meeting, on behalf of the Board of Management and Board of Control in the term 2015 – 2020, Mr. Le Song Lai committed to try his best to successfully fulfill VINARE’s development targets approved by the AGM.
