On July 16^th 2014, Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) organized the 7^th Offsite meeting at Quang Ba Trade Union Hotel Hanoi.

In addition to the participation of the Board of Directors, Managers, Deputy Managers, this Offsite meeting was expanded with the participation of key staff of Underwriting, Finance & Accounting, Investment, Marketing, Risk Management departments and Ho Chi Minh Branch.  Representative from strategic partner Swiss Re, Mr. Martin Fehr and Mr. Son Mai also attended the meeting.

The Offsite meeting focused on the topic “How do I commit personally to VINARE growing sustainably, fruitfully and exponentially?”. The meeting also spent time discussing on personal and team goals to ensure sustainable and efficient growth of VINARE in the future.

As trained and led by speaker Mr. Steve Murphy, CEO of IndoChina Consultants Company, the Offsite meeting was very enthusiastic and exciting. All the staff have discussed enthusiastically, exchanged opinions openly and contributed inputs for a better and better VINARE.
