On March 11^th 2015, Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) organized the 8^th Offsite meeting at Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi.

This is the second open offsite meeting, in addition to the participation of Board of Directors, Managers and Deputy Managers, key staff of Underwriting, Finance & Accounting, Investment, Marketing, Risk Management, IT and Ho Chi Minh Branch also attended this meeting.

With the main focus on “teamwork” and “feedback”, the Offsite meeting aims to enhance responsibility awareness of each staff as well as enhance cooperation within each department and with other departments to strengthen VINARE’s position as the leading reinsurer in the period of 2015 – 2020 of Vietnamese insurance market.

All VINARE staff has actively participated in the teamwork sessions, open discussion and had enthusiastic presentations. The Board of Directors noted all the ideas presented by groups and had straightforward and active comments for each group.

The Offsite meeting shows united strength spirit of all VINARE staff and their determination and efforts for sustainable development of the Corporation.
