
In the process of reviewing and completing human resource development policy, on 5 May 2016, VINARE has cooperated with strategic shareholder Swiss Re to organize human resource development policy workshop. This workshop is within strategic cooperation framework between VINARE and Swiss Re.
Representatives from Swiss Re attended and presented at the workshop are Ms. Jasbir Panu, Head of Human Resource Asia and Ms. Margaret Choi, in charge of Training and Development. Participants from VINARE are some members of the Board of Directors, Board of Management and managers of departments and the branch.
Ms. Jasbir Panu has presented on some human resource policies and compensation and rewards scheme. Ms. Margaret Choi has presented on the performance management process, forms of training and succession planning.
Participants from VINARE actively contributed their opinions and exchanged information on the current issues in VINARE and Vietnam.
The parties had lively discussion on some policies and development solutions to complete human resource policy in VINARE.
On behalf of VINARE’s Board of Management, Mr. Pham Cong Tu, Chief Executive Officer, highly valued the success of this workshop and thanked all the contribution of inputs from Swiss Re experts. He also committed that there will be specific action plan soon to complete human resource development policy in VINARE.
