At the annual meeting of listed enterprises in 2015 in Da Nang on October 2^nd 2015, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has given the Most Transparent Award in 2014-2015 to 30 listed enterprises on HNX and Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) was one of them.

This is the second consecutive year that VINARE was given this award. The Board of Management and Board of Directors of VINARE regularly keep close attention and give direction for the corporate governance and information disclosure activities.

Currently, VINARE’s website has already had English version, information on quarterly and yearly financial statements and Annual report have been disclosed in English on a parallel basis with the Vietnamese version for foreign shareholders and investors.

VINARE does not only comply with the regulations on information disclosure of State Securities Commission but also moves toward good international practice of corporate governance.
