Within the framework of Project S VINARE 2016 under the theme “Go along 3300km length of the country with VINARE”, on 12^th November 2016, Trade Union – Youth Union in collaboration with Marketing Department of Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) have recently organized for nearly 50 employees to visit the teachers and students of Than Sa Primary School in Vo Nhai district, Thai Nguyen province, bringing the gifts that are prepared from the charity fund raised through sports and creative fund raising activities of the project.

Than Sa Primary School (Vo Nhai) has 6 campuses with 198 students, most of the students are ethnic minorities such as Mong, Tay, Nung, etc. living in the surrounding area. The students there have many difficulties, poor living conditions and many of them have to walk about 4 to 5 km in the jungle to get to school.

Being touched by the warm welcome of the teachers and students, on behalf of charity team of the company, Ms. Luong Thi Bich Loan – Chairwoman of the Trade Union wished the teachers good health to continue to guide many generations of students, the students good academic results, good work to deserve the title of good children, good student and good grandchildren of Uncle Ho. On behalf of the company, Mr. Yves-Daniel Cochand – Deputy Chief Executive Officer has given to the students the gifts valued more than 30 million dong, including warm clothes, medicine cabinets, bookshelves, school supplies and sweets. Mr. Cochand stressed the importance of health and knowledge in the journey to success of each individual and this is the reason why the company gave the students these gifts to help them improve their health and knowledge to overcome hardships and study well to become good citizens of the country.

Two bookshelves set up by employees of the Corporation and nearly 400 books for the teachers (advanced specialized books, healthcare books, updates of modern education methodology, etc.) and students (life skills books, history, fairy tales stories, folk songs, quiz, dictionary, scientific books, etc.)

In addition, VINARE charity team also had the exchange session filled with laughs and joys with the students through fun games, magic tricks show and flash mob dance with enthusiastic participation of all the students at the school ground. As a gift to the charity team, the students also sang many children songs with their voices as pure as forest nightingale.
