At the official launching ceremony of K-care, a cancer insurance product co-developed by Bao Viet Insurance, VINARE and Swiss Re on 2^nd August 2016, Chief Executive Officer Pham Cong Tu gave a speech to congratulate Bao Viet Insurance and highly value the efforts of experts from Bao Viet Insurance, VINARE and Swiss Re to implement this project.

Bao Viet K-care product is not only a normal commercial insurance product but also a product for community that brings great humanitarian value. With this product, cancer patients are shared a part of the financial burden and have more opportunities to successfully cure this disease. With the willingness to support more cancer patients with financial difficulties to have more opportunities to get treatment and to further spread the humanitarian value of this product, Bao Viet Insurance and VINARE have presented a gift of 100 million dong to “Bright Future Fund” – a non-profit organization that supports care and treatment for cancer patients.

Supportive Fund for the Cancer Patients – Bright Future – has sent a thank you letter to the leaders of Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation to update their activities in 2016 and express their gratitude for our kind support.

Bright Future Fund and Ministry of Health have cooperated with Vietnam Television and National Humanitarian Information Portal (Portal 1400) to organize the art performance to raise funds for cancer patients. The program was live broadcasted on VTV1 –Vietnam Television at 20h00 on 12^th December 2016 at Au Co Art Centre, No 8 Huynh Thuc Khang, Hanoi. In the letter, Bright Future Fund sincerely thanks Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation for the support and contribution to the journey of cancer prevention and response as well as the development of the fund.
