Following the success of Project S VINARE in 2016, Youth Union of Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) in collaboration with Trade Union and Project S Team organized the Celebration Event of International Women’s Day March 8th. This is not just an occasion to honor the female employees of the Corporation but also to enhance the united spirit, teamwork skills and bring out the best of internal strength of each individual.

In his opening remarks, on behalf of all company employees, Mr. Nguyen Manh Linh – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of VINARE sent the best wishes and beautiful flowers to the female employees on this special occasion. On behalf of the female employees, Ms. Luong Thi Bich Loan – Head of Trade Union of the Corporation has received the flowers and thanked the male employees for their wishes.

After that, the VINARE male employees had a draw and divided into three teams to compete in the surprising game “Chuan com vo nau”, meaning “Truly the meals cooked by my wife”. 

The situation is that your wife is not at home and it is time for your children to go to school. In the house, there are only some basic ingredients. 

Each team will have 45 minutes to prepare a simple family meal with 2 main dishes and 1 plate of fruit

… with the guidance of the team leader and experienced consultants

The female employees enthusiastically cheered the spirit of the team by giving advices and recommendations…

… but did not forget to save the memorable moments with the male in employees in the “lovely” uniforms

After 45 minutes, each team assigned one representative to present on their work to the Jury and audiences

The Jury found it very hard to give marks since all the works were excellent in terms of quality, creativity and aesthetic…

The winner of the competition “Truly the meals cooked by my wife”.

While the male employees were focusing on cooking and crafting each flower from the vegetables, roots and fruits, the female employees enjoy their time getting their nails and hair taken care by the specialists and look at all the familiar faces around them to vote for the man with best smile, the man with the most sense of humour, the man with the most talents, … in VINARE. Ten prizes were given to the most deserved men as an encouragement for the men to continue to be the solid support for the women in life as well as in general activities. 

The Celebration of International Women’s Day March 8^th of VINARE ended in a warm atmosphere filled with laughter and beautiful memories, making VINARE employees feel the spirit “VINARE is a family”.
