For the second time in the tournament, VINARE defeated the Alliance Team I in the final round of the 25th Annual Football Tournament, Ministry of Finance 2017 hosted by the Ministry of Finance Youth Union from April 20 to May 13, 2017, at VSA2 stadium No. 5 Le Trong Tan, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi to achieve the first rank.

In the qualifying round, VINARE beat the Alliance Team I 3-2, so in this reunion, the Alliance Team I were very cautious. Despite all the efforts of the Alliance Team I, VINARE overcame the Alliance Team I on 6-meter penalty shoot-out to win the 25th championship, season 2017 for the second time.

The final match started at 8:30 am on May 13, 2017 at VSA2 Stadium, 5 Le Trong Tan, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.

At the 15^th minute, VINARE opened the scoring and the score remained 1-0 until the first half ended. The Alliance Team I played total football strategy and equalized the score in the last minute of the second half.

The second half ended in a 1-1 draw leading the match to a penalty shoot-out and the final result as VINARE  won the game after beating the Alliance Team I with the score 5-3 and became the Champion.
