On 29 September 2018, Hanoi Tax Department held the Conference on “Commendation of Taxpayers well implementing the Tax policies and law in 2017” to honour and recognize the achievements and contribution of enterprises and businessmen in well implementing the tax direction, policies and law.

In recognition of the contribution of the enterprise community and taxpayers in fulfilling the tax obligations to the State, the Hanoi Tax Department honoured 413 organizations and individuals having great contribution to the state budget and well fulfilling the tax obligations. In 2017, Hanoi Tax Department has over fulfilled the estimated revenue for the state budget with total revenue of VND192,789 billion, reaching 102.8% of the estimate under the ordinance, increasing by 18.1% against last year. Hanoi has continued to be one of the two cities leading the country in terms of both quantity and proportion in contributing to the corporate income tax revenue with the tax payment rate of enterprises of 36%.

Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) was honoured to be one of the 413 organizations and individuals receiving the Letter of Commendation from Hanoi Tax Department for “Well implementing the Tax policies and law in 2017”.
