This criterion evaluates the most effective performance of the Board of Directors in overseeing and protecting the interests of shareholders, creating value for the company’s stakeholders, adhering to efficient corporate governance principles, contributing to sustainable development, and mitigating climate change. This accolade is evidence of VINARE’s continuous efforts in committing to corporate governance practices, enhancing the quality of governance, and striving for sustainable development.
