On July 1, 2024, the IR Awards Program officially released the “Comprehensive Survey Report on Information Disclosure Activities in the Securities Market 2024.” This annual activity is part of the IR Awards Program (2011-2024), co-organized by Vietstock, the VAFE Association, and FiLi e-Magazine. Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) is honored to be one of the best enterprises awarded the “Information Disclosure Best Practices 2024” title.

The Information Disclosure Best Practices category recognizes and honors enterprises that have fully met the standards of information disclosure in the securities market. Being included in this ranking reaffirms VINARE’s image and position, demonstrating not only strict compliance with legal regulations but also the company’s responsibility towards shareholders and the investment community as a whole.

To achieve this recognition, VINARE has implemented thorough regulations and procedures for information disclosure, proactively updated its practices in line with relevant legal requirements, and ensured that disclosures are conducted with seriousness and transparency. The timely, accurate, and high-quality information provided allows investors and shareholders to access vital data quickly and comprehensively, as published on the company’s official website and the portals of HNX and the State Securities Commission. This year’s survey involved 708 listed companies, with 424 earning the “Information Disclosure Best Practices 2024” distinction, marking a compliance rate of 60% – the highest in the 14-year history of the IR Awards Program. The increase from 364 to 424 compliant companies from 2023 to 2024, and the jump in the compliance rate from 50% to 60%, highlight a significant shift in awareness and improvement in information disclosure practices across the market.
