On July 1, 2025, the IR Awards 2025 officially released the “Comprehensive Survey Report on Information Disclosure Activities in the Stock Market 2025.” The annual program, jointly organized by Vietstock, the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE), and FiLi Magazine, honors listed companies for excellence in transparent and compliant information disclosure.

Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) is once again honored in the category “Enterprises Meeting Information Disclosure Standards 2025.” This recognition affirms VINARE’s professionalism, transparency, and strict regulatory compliance, while underscoring the company’s strong commitment to shareholders and the investment community.

For VINARE, information disclosure goes beyond regulatory obligation – it is a key component of its sustainable development strategy and investor trust-building efforts. Over the years, VINARE has continuously improved its transparency, strengthened governance systems, and enhanced investor relations. The leadership places great emphasis on delivering timely, accurate financial and non-financial information to shareholders and stakeholders. This year’s survey shows that 460 out of 691 listed companies on HOSE and HNX fully and promptly met disclosure obligations – accounting for 67%, the highest rate since the program began. This reflects notable improvements in corporate information governance and contributes to greater investor confidence and market appeal.

However, the report also highlights that consistent compliance and sustained recognition are not easily achieved – even for leading firms. It requires long-term vision, systematic organization, and strong leadership commitment.
