On November 26, 2025, the Red Star Award Ceremony – Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs 2025 – took place in Hanoi. The event honored outstanding young business leaders nationwide and marked a key activity celebrating the 8th National Congress of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association for the 2025–2028 term.

The ceremony was attended by senior leaders, including Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Do Van Chien; Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dzung; and leaders and former leaders of ministries and central agencies.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) – was named among the TOP 30 Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs 2025 under the Red Star Award. The recognition highlights young entrepreneurs with strong capabilities, resilience, and meaningful contributions to socio-economic development.

The award acknowledges Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan’s leadership and commitment as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In recent years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping VINARE’s long-term strategic direction, particularly as the insurance and reinsurance industry undergoes significant regulatory, governance, and market changes. Under his leadership, VINARE has strengthened its financial capacity, ensured regulatory compliance, and maintained stability amid increasing market competition.

Chairman Nguyen Anh Tuan and VINARE’s Board of Management have pursued a strategic vision focused on sustainable growth, improved governance, enhanced transparency, and higher risk management standards. The Corporation has expanded cooperation with international partners, reinforced its competitiveness, and continued to solidify its position as Vietnam’s leading reinsurer while strengthening its presence in the regional and global markets.

The 2025 Red Star Award attracted more than 300 applicants nationwide. After a thorough evaluation process, 137 candidates from 25 provinces and cities were shortlisted. According to Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, this year’s awardees are not only successful business operators but also “pioneers on a new front.”

Chairman Nguyen Anh Tuan’s recognition reflects both his leadership and the strength of VINARE’s management team, reinforcing the growing presence of Vietnamese enterprises in the regional and global reinsurance market.
